Tips for RSA and schoolies

Schoolies week creates many challenges for licensees, particularly in managing minors and intoxicated patrons.
Under the packaged liquor code of conduct, the licensee must, where there are reasonable grounds for considering an adult is purchasing alcohol for a minor, decline the purchase of alcohol.
