I really likes the fact that i was able to leave the unit at any time. I wasn't able to complete it in one go so it was great to be able to come back later and finish it off.

Being online was a bonus as i do not have time to attend a course

It was easy to follow and achievable.

 I found it informative and interesting. Also I could study when it was convenient.

This course was very helpful and was completely understandable, it was an eye opener due to knowing more knowledge of food services, storage etc also due to having full time job it was a good service doing it online when you have time.

Everything was explained in simple terms, it was easy to understand and the workplace assessments were easy to follow and good to assess actual practical skills of my staff in the real work environment.
