Food Safety Training
Food Safety training is provided across the Hospitality (SITX (was THH) codes), Community & Health Services (HLT codes) or Food Processing (FDF codes) industries. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA Training) unit aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. The online RSA training course (SITHFAB009A (was THHBFB09B) - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a nationally-recognised unit from the Tourism & Hospitality Training Package (SIT07).
