How You Will Be Assessed

Whether you train online, in class or by correspondence, the assessment process is designed to meet the requirements of the nationally recognised units.

For food safety, you will have a set of assessment tasks, which include industry-based case studies, short answer questions and a demonstration of practical skills which needs to be observed in a work, or simulated workplace, environment. The observation needs to be done face-to-face with a third-party observer who will either have a food safety qualification OR experieince in food preparation.

For RSA, all assessments occur online, and include case studies and questions.

If you would like more information about the assessment process for the training you are doing, please contact us on 1300 665 633 or online@cft.com.au

Group Training

Group bookings can be made for training in-class, online or correspondence.

Employers sometimes prefer their staff to be trained in a group so the training can be customised to their particular workplace.  The value of the in-house classes is that they can be held on a date and time of your convenience.  You also save your staff the need to travel to receive their training.

A discount applies to any group bookings of 10 or more which saves you time and money.

Call 1300 665 633 to find out more about a group booking.

You can book any of the following courses:
