Food Safety Training
Food Safety training is provided across the Hospitality (THH codes), Community & Health Services (HLT codes) or Food Processing (FDF codes) industries. The training meets the requirements for the Food Safety Supervisor and the Australian Food Standards throughout Australia including Queensland (Brisbane, Noosa Heads, Townsville, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns); NSW (Sydney, Newcastle, North Cost, Woollongong); ACT (Canberra); Victoria (Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat, Warrnambool, Sale, Wodonga); Tasmania (Hobart, Launceston); WA (Perth); SA (Adelaide); and NT (Darwin).
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA Training) unit aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. This nationally-recognised unit is approved for WA (Perth); SA (Adelaide); Victoria (Melbourne), Queensland (Brisbane); and NT (Darwin). The online RSA training course (THHBFB09B - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol)is a nationally-recognised unit from the Hospitality Training Package.
