General Information

This course is designed for all people working in a licensed venue or applying to be a Licensee.

Group discounts available.

Students completing the course online receive Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment only.

Each State in Australia has a separate State Government Regulator for RSA and also has different requirements.

• Both New South Wales and Tasmania do NOT accept online courses; you will need to attend classes in both of these States.
• Victoria (other than for those intending to be Licensees or selling packaged liquor), South Australia and Queensland will accept online courses with exceptions.
• ACT, Northern Territory and Western Australia all accept online RSA courses.

Group bookings can be made for training in-class, online or correspondence. 

Employers sometimes prefer their staff to be trained in a group so the training can be customised to their particular workplace.  The value of the in-house classes is that they can be held on a date and time of your convenience.  You also save your staff the need to travel to receive their training.
