This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in businesses such as food product manufacturers, flour mills, canneries, dried food packers, bakers, breweries and wineries.
Training is available online, in class or by correspondence. Group discounts available.
Students receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of attainment upon completion of the course.
Assessment :
You will have a set of assessment tasks, which include industry-based case studies, short answer questions and a demonstration of practical skills which needs to be observed in a work, or simulated workplace. These skills need to be observed by a third party who either has a food safety qualification OR experience in food preparation.
