This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in the Community and Health Service industries. (E.g. Child care, aged care, hospitals, meals on wheels etc.)

This unit is an assessment only available by correspondence.

Students receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment on the successful completion of the course. 

Assessment : 

You will have a set of assessment tasks, which include industry-based short answer questions, a non-compliance scenario and a compliance audit report .
